Estancia at Wiregrass Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The official opening of the Estancia at Wiregrass community was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Feb. 11. The 7,000 square foot Estancia Clubhouse amenity center was filled with local officials and community leaders to celebrate the opening of the much anticipated community. Standard Pacific’s Tampa division president Dave Bulloch gave a short presentation, followed by Dist. 2 County Commissioner Mike Moore.Estancia is setting the standard as the newest premier master planned community in Pasco county, and WRA is proud to be a part of bringing Estancia at Wiregrass to completion.
