After the successful design and permitting of Phase 1 of Estancia at Wiregrass, including 200 acres of 300 single family homes, and a 7-acre Amenity Center, WRA began engineering design for Standard Pacific Homes (StanPac) on the next 500 acres of Estancia. The project includes design and permitting for buildout of 840 additional homes covering over 500 acres, including all associated water, sewer, reclaimed water, paving, grading and drainage design. As construction of Phase 1 comes to completion and design on additional phases begins, WRA is currently coordinating dozens site development permits through the Pasco County Planning and Development Department, the Pasco County Utility Department, the Southwest Florida Management District (SWFWMD), and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). With multiple successful Grand Openings of separate enclaves within  Phase 1, along with amenities that are second to none, Estancia is setting the standard as the newest premier master planned community in Pasco County.
