Estancia Permit Approval

WRA has just secured Pasco County Preliminary Development Plan and Mass Grading Plan approval for Standard Pacific’s Estancia at Wiregrass. With Preliminary Development Plan  approval, Pasco County has signed off on the conceptual site layout for nearly 1,200 single family homes on one of the largest single family home tracts under construction in the region. Mass Grading approval allows Standard Pacific to start earthwork and master stormwater installation for Phase 1 of Estancia while WRA continues to work with Pasco County on approval of the detailed roadway and utility construction plans for the first 300 lots.
