Ryland Homes has completed construction on the gated, 70 lot subdivision and is now selling homes.  WRA was hired by the original owner, Neal Communities, to complete the civil site design and permitting for the new subdivision. It was subsequently purchased by Ryland homes who initiated construction of the project. The development offers key amenities, such as a community pool and cabana, walking trails and 3 ponds.
