New Stores/Restaurants Added to UTC

It was announced this week that two more well known chains are adding their name to the University Town Center roster; Zales and Mandarin Express. Zales is looking to join Omega, Swarovski and Edward Benier, along with anchors Macy's, Dillard's, Saks Fifth Avenue and Apple. They just submitted an application to the Mall, and are waiting for complete confirmation. Mandarin Express on the other hand, has already proposed to build a 1,600-square-foot space inside the mall. They will be joining BRIO Tuscan Grille, Capital Grille, Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill and Seasons 52. The two-level, 880,000 square foot mall is located on Cattlemen Road and University Parkway in Sarasota and is expected to open on October 16th, 2014.
