Ryland Homes recently breaks ground on an upscale townhome community in western Hillsborough County.

The community is called Jackson Square and is located off of Double Branch Road, south of Hillsborough Avenue. The planned development includes significant frontage along Boat Bayou, 42 2-story state of the art townhome units, a large centrally located water feature and a beautiful nature/walking trail. The project sitework should be complete by late December 2015. Ryland expects to begin vertical construction later this Winter, with units ready for occupancy in early Summer 2016.
