Suwannee River Water Management District
WRA developed, designed and facilitated a strategic planning and consensus building process for the Governing Board and the staff of the Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD). WRA surveyed all staff of the District and held individual group sessions to discuss the results. Suggested improvements were categorized to individual departments within the District and encompassed both administrative and technical recommendations for better efficiency and effectiveness within District operations. The results of the facilitation process were discussed with the SRWMD Governing Board their annual planning retreat. Recommendations were incorporated into the SRWMD daily operations and were utilized in the update of the District Water Management Plan.
