Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) Update

On Friday, October 9th, the U.S. Court of Appeals - Sixth Circuit issued an Order of Stay (Stay) which puts the implementation of the new Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule for Florida on hold.  What this means for stakeholders is  permit applications determined to be complete will be held to the existing definition of WOTUS until such time as the Stay is lifted.
