WRA is proud to announce the hiring of Rahlys Nicole (Nikki) Ruff, P.E., as a project engineer.  Ms. Ruff has over five years of professional experience in civil engineering design, including stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and permitting. She comes to WRA from Bayside Engineering.WRA is thrilled to have her on board!
