WRA Announces New Company Officers

Peter Hubbell and Mark Farrell, Principals of WRA, are proud to announce the promotion of Joe Cimino and Clint Cuffle to WRA Vice Presidents and Partners of the firm. Joe and Clint are both long time employees of WRA that have been key to the success of the now 18 year old company.

Joe Cimino joined WRA in 1999, has a masters degree in Water Resource Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Joe has led WRA’s efforts over the last 15 years developing the firm’s residential site/civil practice. He is currently the project manager for the 1,100-unit Estancia development at Wiregrass in Pasco County, and other large residential developments throughout the region including Promenade at Lake Park along Dale Mabry Blvd. and Van Dyke Road. He is also spearheading the Cypress Creek Town Center North project in Pasco County which will be home to over 1 million square feet of commercial and multi-family development.

Clint Cuffle joined WRA in 2004, and like Joe has a masters degree in Water Resource Engineering and is a Professional Engineer licensed in Florida, Alaska and many other states. Clint has led WRA’s efforts over the last 10 years developing the firm’s commercial development site/civil practice. Clint has managed commercial development projects throughout the Tampa Bay area, recently completing the 1.1 million square foot University Town Center Mall in Sarasota County. He also recently designed and permitted a 280,000-square foot distribution complex for Great Bay Distributors and continues to complete numerous commercial projects for Benderson Development throughout the southeast United States.

Joe and Clint are also the driving force behind WRA’s military range design program. Working with the U.S. Army, National Guard, multiple Special Forces units and other foreign militaries, WRA has participated in the design of more than 25 military training ranges both nationally and internationally.

As Vice Presidents, Joe and Clint will continue in their roles as Senior Project Managers and assume other duties for the firm. Again, we are delighted and want to congratulate Joe and Clint on their accomplishments and new roles at WRA.
