Mrs. Neira has over 7 years of experience in CAD Design for both Civil and Surveying areas. She began her career as a survey Drafter in 2016 and transitioned to Civil Drafting in 2019.

With a background in survey and subdivision layout, she has gained valuable experience in creating residential designs that conform to local standards and regulations . She has worked on various projects ranging from single-lot developments to large-scale master plan developments.

She graduated with an associate degree in Civil and Surveying Engineering from Valencia College in 2020. Carmen is passionate about creating accurate and efficient designs that meet the needs of her clients and the community.
