WRA was brought on board by Saint Leo University to complete the civil design and construction management for a parking garage that was built in the side of a hill, which encroached into a dedicated wetland and was under the SLU existing soccer/lacrosse facilities. WRA obtained permits from the water management district and the Town of Saint Leo for the project. To complicate the construction of the garage, while moving 95,000 cubic yards of dirt out of the way for the project, WRA ensured that the majority of the surface runoff for the campus which flowed through the site was maintained.
