His background also includes leadership roles outside the environmental field, where he managed teams in diverse settings, including the restaurant and medical sectors. Daryl brings this leadership experience to his role at WRA, where he coordinates safety modules and mentors young professionals. His lifelong fascination with water resources, from the creeks of Mississippi to Florida’s complex water systems, drives his work in protecting the state’s natural environment. In his free time, Daryl enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Florida’s parks, and indulging in coconut shrimp and beignets.
