Mr. Parker is from Western Kentucky and attended Murray State University where he received a B.S. in Civil and Sustainable Engineering and his E.I. certification. During his time at Murray State, Jase was his ASCE chapter’s president, as well as a Senator for the Engineering Department. His work experience includes land development from the planning and design phase through the construction phase.
