John possesses extensive experience in site development including all phases of permitting and project coordination. Some of his projects have included youth sports parks, city and county parks, and multi-family housing developments. He also has a background in museums and public interest projects such as the Salvador Dali Museum, St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Art, Tampa Museum of Arts, the Children’s Museum and Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. John has been instrumental in the design of utility systems to include water, waste water, storm water, and reclaimed water. John O’Meara spent 4 years in the Navy before returning to Tampa. He started with WRA in 2013.

Mr. O’Meara has over 15 years of CADD design experience. He has been practicing in Tampa since 1999.
