Mr. Cimino is Project Manager and lead engineer on projects including residential, commercial and industrial land development, stormwater management and flood control, water and wastewater infrastructure, roadway design, and environmental systems including impact justification and mitigation. Mr. Cimino’s responsibilities include all aspects of client development, project due diligence, conceptual planning, engineering design, local, state and federal permitting, and construction management. Joe has extensive experience in forensic engineering studies and provides expert witness services. Joe has specialized experience as a Military Training Range Design Specialist, and has been actively involved in various aspects of planning, design and construction management for more than 30 training facilities throughout the United States, including small arms qualification ranges, squad and platoon battle courses, urban warfare facilities, and large-scale tank ranges. Mr. Cimino graduated from the University of South Florida in 2003 with a M.S. in Civil Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and Policy. Joe has been with WRA since 1999.
