Civil Engineer
Moses Agare, a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Arkansas, is originally from Kenya. During his time at the University, Moses was an active leader, serving as the Senator for the College of Engineering in the student government, Director of Student Life in the student government cabinet, and participating in organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, African Student Organization, and the International Student Organization. He was also honored as the first-ever Homecoming King in the University's history.
After graduating, Moses gained valuable experience in land development, preliminary site design, site investigations, construction inspection, code research, and cost estimation.
At WRA, Moses contributes to preliminary site design, stormwater management facility design, floodplain and feasibility studies, grading, site layout plans, water distribution and wastewater collection systems, project coordination, code research, and report development.
