Nikki comes to WRA from Manatee County Building and Development Services where she served as the Supervisor of Zoning. While with Manatee County she reviewed preliminary and final Site Plans to ensure the Manatee County Land Development Code (MCLDC) was being

satisfied and reviewed building permits. Prior to her work with the county, Nikki was an office manager of a construction company. Before deciding to go back to her construction roots, she was a Pre-School teacher for fourteen (14) years. 

Nikki obtained a Certified Supervisory Manager Certification and a Certified Public Manager Certification from Florida State University. Nikki will be managing permitting aspects for WRA projects in Manatee County and surrounding counties.
