Rachel is a Water Resources Engineer in Training (EIT) with four years of project experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.  Project work includes stormwater, stream restoration, roadway, bridge, and water surface elevation modeling using ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, Microstation, and other software programs.
