Ms. Atencio graduated from the University of Arkansas earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After getting her bachelor, she completed her Master of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Arkansas as well. After finishing her studies, she went on to work as a Transportation Engineer for the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) where she performed field inspections for various state projects. At WRA, Ms. Atencio assists the team with engineering design, QAQC and construction support services.
