Nordstrom Rack Grand Opening!

Last week marked the grand opening of Nordstrom Rack! WRA provided full service civil engineering and construction management services for the recently executed building expansion at the Shoppes of UTC to accommodate the new Nordstrom Rack.  The plan consisted of a 15,000 SF expansion overtop existing drainage areas and utilities that were retrofitted for the building expansion without impeding existing activities at the ever expanding and busy shopping center.  The project was deemed a success by the numbers of interested shoppers that attended the opening. We were there for the ribbon cutting, and the opening celebration!
